When I contacted Sei-Hee for my second DWI, I felt certain that jail time was in my future. I was scared of spending time there and of how a second conviction could impact my career. Sei-Hee’s knowledgeable approach and personable demeanor allowed me a shockingly positive resolution – the charges were dropped and she helped me immediately file for expungement upon completion of trial. Her prices were fair and she fights for her clients more than the standard DUI lawyer.

I was facing jail time ,loss of my drivers license,a police record (that would have dogged me for the rest of my life), loss of my job/career, retirement and benefits and maybe even my home. I have been represented by sei hee twice now, and both times she has succeeded in getting favorable results, even to the point of dismissal. I contacted her office whenever I needed her assistance and they were very helpful if she was busy or on vacation, so I would just text her and she would respond and tell me exactly what to do and answers all of my questions promptly. First time DUI in Maryland, had no idea what to expect. I called Sei-Hee the next morning and she was immediately kind, understanding, and knowledgeable about the entire process – something I really needed after the traumatic arrest night. I was charged [redacted] for representation in the criminal case. I’m not sure how this compares to other lawyers as she’s the first one I’ve used. There’s payment plans if needed. The MVA case is separate and she prepares you well for you to do it on your own – it’s fairly straightforward and I had no issues getting a restricted license. There’s an extra charge for her to be there during the MVA case if you feel you need it. I was well over the legal limit, but Sei-Hee negotiated my DUI down to a DWI. I also got a PBJ by following her instructions on what to do before court. It was also clear she was the most knowledgeable/experienced attorney in the court room. I would definitely recommend her to my friends/family or, god forbid, hire her again for myself if needed.

Sei-Hee was very effective at putting our minds at ease. She told me to stop worrying and let her handle my wife’s case. Due to my own procrastination, I reached out to C. Sie-Hee Arii on a wednesday when my court appearance was that monday. I was arrested for a dui (.15 bac) and about 7 consequent charges which added up to almost $2k in fines. Immediately I felt as if I was putting my case into the proper hands. After going through my original arrest paperwork she found mistakes made by the officer which would help our case. Ultimately all charges we dropped and are going to be expunged.
