I hired Mrs Arii to defend me in my second offense of dwi this morning we show to the court and I can believe what happened my case was dismissed, she gave to me advices and told to do some counseling community service aa meetings and I completed all that, to now I can believe the results 000000 no probation no fines nothing 00000 I’m very happy and recomend Mrs. ARII AS YOUR LAWYER SHE’S IS THE BEST

Amidst an ugly divorce and custody battle, I made two very selfish and bad choices and needed the services of Sei-Hee Arii in 2016. I have worked with private equity, contract, employment, IP, compliance attorneys in past and had no experience with criminal traffic offenses. Miss Arii was very helpful with my court case, saving me astronomical amounts of money. She knew how to handle the situation with proficiency and great professionalism. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the future. The only 4 star is only because I had to ask what was happening with the case once and the only reason I wasn’t immediately informed was because she hadn’t received discovery of the case yet. This is through no fault of her own.

I was charged with DUI, DUI per se, DWI, and failure to control vehicle speed on highway to avoid collision. Sei-Hee found holes in my case and was willing to fight it but I just wanted to get it over with. On the day of trial, Sei-Hee was able to get me the best outcome out of everyone else in court facing similar charges, unsupervised PBJ for the DWI and the rest of the charges dropped. I had a dui conviction in another state 11 months ago. My hearing papers were mailed to my old address. My license was suspended. Ari was able to get my license reinstated until my hearing as well as get me a new hearing date. This saved my job. In the end I was given a restricted license. She is one of the best and will fight for you, and 95% of the time gets the most lenient disposition. She was worth every penny. I strongly would prefer as the lawyer to see and retain. I had DUI & DWI charges against me, but I was innocent. Sei-Hee is someone who always believed in my innocence. She spent as much time as I wanted, answering all my questions, explaining her exact defense strategy, and coaching me for trial. Additionally, she spent hours studying my case, honing her strategy, and attempting to convince the prosecutors that I was in fact really innocent. In the end, Sei-Hee was able to spin her magic and got the prosecution to essentially drop all charges. I would highly recommend Sei-Hee because she will a) believe in you b) be dedicated to getting you the best outcome c) be extremely patient and d) apply her magnificent knowledge and talent to the case.

Sei-Hee provided excellent and thorough guidance for dealing with a very critical incident that occurred in my life. She always responded to my request and gave competitive price for her work. In the courtroom, she clearly had done her homework and won the case.

Hiring Sei-Hee could be the difference between your case getting dismissed or not. That was my experience. In my DUI case I mentioned early on that the officer was using dash cam and asked that we recover the footage. Sei-Hee requested the footage and when my court date came, we hadn’t received anything. She made sure that the judge set a deadline for when the prosecution had to present that information and then filed immediately for the case to be dismissed the very next day after the footage wasn’t delivered. On my next court date, the (different) judge dismissed my case in it’s entirely. If I would have had an attorney who didn’t make a point to get the other side to commit to a date or didn’t follow up immediately to file the paperwork when it didn’t arrive, I would probably have had a different outcome. Sei-Hee knows what she’s doing and will do what it takes to win the case. Follow her instructions exactly and you’re in good hands.

Due to my own procrastination, I reached out to C. Sie-Hee Arii on a wednesday when my court appearance was that monday. I was arrested for a dui (.15 bac) and about 7 consequent charges which added up to almost $2k in fines. Immediately I felt as if I was putting my case into the proper hands. After going through my original arrest paperwork she found mistakes made by the officer which would help our case. Ultimately all charges we dropped and are going to be expunged. This is better than best case scenario in my opinion and I feel extremely lucky/blessed to find a great attorney at a affordable rate.
