Ms. Arii, provided excellent legal counsel. She thoroughly reviewed the facts, stated which courses of actions were available and then provided support and advisement through the entire process. Having an excellent lawyer is not only an asset in the court room, but it is calming on the nerves. There were many times, that I allowed my emotions to take root. Each time she explained via rational thought the [probability] of each fear, and then she helped guide me to a successful resolution. If you are in need of an excellent lawyer, then I would strongly advise Ms. Arii.

Sei-Hee Arii took care of things right from the start. I didn’t have to worry much about anything as she answered my paranoid questions quickly and efficiently. Told me what’s at sake and what my options are so I could make an informed decision. She was able to work her magic and reduce my DUI to a DWI which is the lesser of the two. I’m happy with my outcome.

Ms. Arii is a great people person! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and has your best interest at heart. She kept me informed of any findings (police report, insufficient evidence, etc) and voiced all of my alternatives. She was great through the entire process and even saved me from court fees. She was successful in [obtaining] a nolle prosequi (dismissal) of my DUI/DWI charges. I paid a $140 negligent driving ticket, a 1 point violation that will remain on my driving record for only 2 years. After court, after advising me of my expungement rights, I decided to file for [expungement] immediately by executing a General Waiver and Release. As a professional courtesy and without charge, she assisted me in filing the expungement paperwork. She was very professional, very friendly and I would absolutely hire her again and recommend her to others. Thank you Ms. [Arii]!

Due to my own procrastination, I reached out to C. Sie-Hee Arii on a wednesday when my court appearance was that monday. I was arrested for a dui (.15 bac) and about 7 consequent charges which added up to almost $2k in fines. Immediately I felt as if I was putting my case into the proper hands. After going through my original arrest paperwork she found mistakes made by the officer which would help our case. Ultimately all charges we dropped and are going to be expunged. This is better than best case scenario in my opinion and I feel extremely lucky/blessed to find a great attorney at a affordable rate.

Even when my situation was long and drawn out, Ms. Arii consulted me on her plan of action and walked me through every step along the way. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service Ms. Arii provided to me. I am not the type to write a review whether the level of service is good or bad….but if I could give Ms. Arii 10 starts I would.
