Sei-Hee was referred to me by another lawyer and mutual friend and after my experience with her work I have referred her to several other potential clients. She is generous with her time, thorough and a creative problem solver. When it was clear that there was a possibility to settle our case out of court we proceeded to arbitration. When the arbitration was unsuccessful she taught us how to proceed to take over a large part of the work ourselves in order to save money and report back to her for advice on how to resolve the dispute in court until she was needed again at the end. I am in the process now of filling out the forms she sent me to update my mother’s will, create trusts and do end of life planning. Sei-Hee has a complete package of pre-visit information sheets that once filled out allow us to gather all the information in one place and help her give us the best advice possible.

Although anonymous, I am not ashamed to say that I am a high school student. I was arrested on New Year’s Day, with a .08 BAC. I was given 4 tickets due to my DUI situation. My life was spiraling downwards because of the stupid decision I made, and I continued to agonize over the burden I placed on myself and my whole family until I met Ms. Sei Hee. She was an outstanding lawyer, speaking to me and my mother, what to expect, what to do and what not to do. She gave us as much information as she could possibly provide regarding my case, and the potential consequences I may face in court. Because of her, we took proactive steps as my court date approached, and a week or so beforehand, she gave me a call, telling me that they decided to DISMISS my case!!! I was overjoyed at this news, being ever so grateful to her. Today, I live my life learning an important lesson early in my life, and I am VERY thankful to Ms. Sei Hee for not just helping me out with my situation, but also for guiding me and my parents, reassuring us that everything would be ok.

I was charged with a DUI in late 2014. I’ve never had any run-ins with the law before and didn’t know where to even start looking for a lawyer to handle my case. I talked to a number of DUI lawyers and ended up choosing Sei-Hee, a decision I’m so glad I made. I wanted Sei-Hee to represent me because she showed genuine interest in my case, whereas I felt like “just another routine DUI case” when I reached out to other lawyers and firms. Sei-Hee is a very understanding person, super responsive, and knows the MoCo court system well. I chose Sei-Hee after reading all these positive reviews and they were right! I thought my case was hopeless after a relatively good performance on the field sobriety tests but over a 0.08 BAC on the breathalyzer. I had zero experience with the law or how to choose a lawyer but after reading every single review for her and multiple other lawyers, it seemed like she would give me the best chance. More importantly, she was the only lawyer I met with who read my all papers in depth and gave me real advice about my individual case. I still remember her saying “I feel good about this case” and describing a similar case that she won, which gave me hope from my first meeting with her instead of the vague “we’ll see what we can do when we get more details” approach like every other lawyer. I went through 6 months of hell until my trial, thinking my life and career were over because I would get a PBJ no matter what since I agreed to the breathalyzer. However, we got a good judge and she was able to get a NOT GUILTY verdict for me for all DWI/DUI charges and helped me get them expunged immediately afterward!! I ended up only paying for the traffic ticket. I was truly shocked and overjoyed by this outcome. Getting arrested for a DUI a horrific situation to be in and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, but if you are reading this just choose her!

Sei-Hee is an excellent lawyer who is second to none. She handled my case in a professional manner. She told me what to expect and assured me of her help with my traffic violation related charges. She was very brief and clear when she represented me during my court hearing. She presented the case to the judge in a clear manner and convinced the judge that charges me does not deserve a harsh punishment and that I should be given a second chance to prove that I am a good law abiding person. The judge accepted her argument and I got out of trouble. Therefore I highly recommend her for any traffic related violations because she has what it takes to get you out of trouble once you follow her Counsel before court hearing. She also understands circumstances and gives good recommendations. You will never regret her services.

C. Sei-Hee Arii took a chance taking my case the weekend before my court date. Not only did she treat my case like she had months to prepare, she was also very graceful as she spoke with the states attorney. She courteously explained everything that was happening very promptly so I was completely sure of any decisions I would have to make. All in all I was more than please with the great care Ms. Arii took of me and my case. I would recommend her 11 out of 10 times!

She really cares about her clients and really was helpful… she answered all my questions and really pushes for the best possible outcome for her clients… she was able to get my charges dropped in a final protective order that could have gone either way thanks SEI-HEE

Attorney Sei-Hee was the first to respond to my request for a lawyer. We set up a consultation, where she took her time and explained to me exactly what would and could happen. The feeling that i got from her was very comfortable. She set me up with a payment plan and was very understanding of everything. I was facing a dui dwi and two tickets all in this case. Attorney Sei-Hee did what she does [resulting] in me only paying one ticket. I hope to never need a lawyer again but if I do, she will be representing me again no thoughts about it.
