I can say it was the best decision to seek Ms Arii’s assistance. This was my first DUI and the ordeal was really nerve-racking as I felt my life was over after the arrest. She explained to me very well what could possibly happen and I was kept informed and never felt I was given the run around like the first attorneys I called. I was charged a DUI/DWI on a first offense and it has been one of the most nerve wrecking event in my life. I soon went online to find an attorney where I found Arii Law Firm. I reached out during off office hours and left a message, she called me back very shortly and gave me some advice and pointers as for my next steps to face the charges. Hiring Sei-Hee could be the difference between your case getting dismissed or not. That was my experience. In my DUI case I mentioned early on that the officer was using dash cam and asked that we recover the footage. Sei-Hee requested the footage and when my court date came, we hadn’t received anything. She made sure that the judge set a deadline for when the prosecution had to present that information and then filed immediately for the case to be dismissed the very next day after the footage wasn’t delivered. On my next court date, the (different) judge dismissed my case in it’s entirely. If I would have had an attorney who didn’t make a point to get the other side to commit to a date or didn’t follow up immediately to file the paperwork when it didn’t arrive, I would probably have had a different outcome. Sei-Hee knows what she’s doing and will do what it takes to win the case. Follow her instructions exactly and you’re in good hands.

In Court today, C. Sei-Hee Arii was successful in obtaining unsupervised probation before judgment for the reduced charge of Driving While Impaired by Alcohol despite my breath test result being more than 2x the legal limit exactly 0.20.

Sei-Hee is extremely competent and is willing to work with you. I had a DUI charge and she was very thorough about advising me about the different dynamics in court that may impact how I should plead (eg. how the judge typically rules in similar cases, presence of certain witnesses etc). Ms. Arii is a great people person! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and has your best interest at heart. She kept me informed of any findings (police report, insufficient evidence, etc) and voiced all of my alternatives. She was great through the entire process and even saved me from court fees.
