Sei-Hee was a tremendous attorney throughout my entire process. I was charged with a DWI and and DUI in Rockville, MD. From our first meeting, Sei-Hee was a careful and strategic attorney. She provided me with exceptional counsel that allowed me to prepare myself not only for the trial, but also the MVA hearing. As a result of her expert counsel, I was able to win my MVA case and prove to the judge that I indeed made a legitimate attempt to provide my blood alcohol content. Her expertise also allowed me to obtain 6 months of unsupervised probation before judgment. As a result of a continuance which was granted to the prosecutor due to the police officer not being available for the first trial, this journey for me lasted 10 months. Throughout this long process, Sei-Hee was phenomenal in keeping me calm and on track. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an honest and skilled lawyer. You can’t get much better than her.

Top notch. Very insightful. Extremely thorough. Upfront and honest. Understands modern surveillance technology extremely well. Helped me in a case where Private Investigator’s video evidence was screaming against me. There was no way out. And then Sei-Hee came in. She dug into the video, frame by frame, gathered other evidence where other party was lying and proved my innocence. Definitely the person to have in your corner. I was charged with a DUI and several related offenses, after speaking with C.Sei-Hee Arii–I knew within 20 seconds she was the best of the best. She is with you every single step of the way from paperwork to trial. I was 25 and had no idea what the legal system was like, Ms. Arii explained what to do, where to go, and how to best address your case. She explained to me my options and everything worked out just as she promised.

I had DUI & DWI charges against me, but I was innocent. Sei-Hee is someone who always believed in my innocence. She spent as much time as I wanted, answering all my questions, explaining her exact defense strategy, and coaching me for trial. Additionally, she spent hours studying my case, honing her strategy, and attempting to convince the prosecutors that I was in fact really innocent. In the end, Sei-Hee was able to spin her magic and got the prosecution to essentially drop all charges. I would highly recommend Sei-Hee because she will a) believe in you b) be dedicated to getting you the best outcome c) be extremely patient and d) apply her magnificent knowledge and talent to the case.
