I was charged with a DUI and several related offenses, after speaking with C.Sei-Hee Arii–I knew within 20 seconds she was the best of the best. She is with you every single step of the way from paperwork to trial. I was 25 and had no idea what the legal system was like, Ms. Arii explained what to do, where to go, and how to best address your case. She explained to me my options and everything worked out just as she promised.

I was charged with a DUI in late 2014. I’ve never had any run-ins with the law before and didn’t know where to even start looking for a lawyer to handle my case. I talked to a number of DUI lawyers and ended up choosing Sei-Hee, a decision I’m so glad I made. Attorney Sei-Hee was the first to respond to my request for a lawyer. We set up a consultation, where she took her time and explained to me exactly what would and could happen. The feeling that i got from her was very comfortable. She set me up with a payment plan and was very understanding of everything. I was facing a dui dwi and two tickets all in this case. I hired Mrs Arii to defend me in my second offense of dwi this morning we show to the court and I can believe what happened my case was dismissed, she gave to me advices and told to do some counseling community service aa meetings and I completed all that, to now I can believe the results 000000 no probation no fines nothing 00000 I’m very happy and recomend Mrs. ARII AS YOUR LAWYER SHE’S IS THE BEST

Ms. Sei-Hee Arii represented a friend of mine on a criminal matter several years ago. There was no doubt as to my friend’s guilt but she handled the case skillfully and with sensitivity and understanding. She kept us informed at each step of the legal process and what subsequent actions my friend would have to take to have his record expunged. We were very pleased with her thoroughness. Hiring Sei-Hee could be the difference between your case getting dismissed or not. That was my experience. In my DUI case I mentioned early on that the officer was using dash cam and asked that we recover the footage. Sei-Hee requested the footage and when my court date came, we hadn’t received anything. She made sure that the judge set a deadline for when the prosecution had to present that information and then filed immediately for the case to be dismissed the very next day after the footage wasn’t delivered. On my next court date, the (different) judge dismissed my case in it’s entirely. If I would have had an attorney who didn’t make a point to get the other side to commit to a date or didn’t follow up immediately to file the paperwork when it didn’t arrive, I would probably have had a different outcome. Sei-Hee knows what she’s doing and will do what it takes to win the case. Follow her instructions exactly and you’re in good hands.
