After being involved in a shoplifting incident. The next step was to attain a lawyer that could help my case. I called Ms.Arii and spoke with her about my case.She was calm very understanding and accommodating to all my calls and concerns.Her prediction about my case was spot on and eventually the charge was dismissed. She also took into consideration that I am a student and worked out a financial plan that I could afford.Take it from me, she is the attorney you need.

When I contacted Sei-Hee for my second DWI, I felt certain that jail time was in my future. I was scared of spending time there and of how a second conviction could impact my career. Sei-Hee’s knowledgeable approach and personable demeanor allowed me a shockingly positive resolution – the charges were dropped and she helped me immediately file for expungement upon completion of trial. Her prices were fair and she fights for her clients more than the standard DUI lawyer.

Sei-Hee Arii is definitely an expert in her field. Her knowledge, expertise and professionalism saved my life. She was successful in obtaining a reduction of my charges from DUI to DWI. More importantly, she was successful in avoiding incarceration and convincing the prosecutor to change his recommendation against jail! In the courtroom, it was clear to me that folks were not prepared or represented nearly as well as I was. I felt terrible as I watched someone being handcuffed and taken away. Too bad Sei-Hee wasn’t his lawyer. I was blessed to have found Sei-Hee. I am so happy with the resolution and especially grateful that I placed my trust in her throughout the process. If a friend or family member ever needed legal advice I would definitely refer them to her. Sei-Hee is top notch!

I could not have picked a better attorney! In addition to being very professional, responsive, and super-smart!, Ms. Arii also was very compassionate, supportive, and very easy to talk to. This was my first experience working with an attorney, and Sei-Hee has such a pleasant manner, I felt very comfortable talking with her about my case, and had absolute confidence that she would represent me well (and she did!)

I chose Sei-Hee after reading all these positive reviews and they were right! I thought my case was hopeless after a relatively good performance on the field sobriety tests but over a 0.08 BAC on the breathalyzer. I had zero experience with the law or how to choose a lawyer but after reading every single review for her and multiple other lawyers, it seemed like she would give me the best chance. More importantly, she was the only lawyer I met with who read my all papers in depth and gave me real advice about my individual case. I still remember her saying “I feel good about this case” and describing a similar case that she won, which gave me hope from my first meeting with her instead of the vague “we’ll see what we can do when we get more details” approach like every other lawyer. I went through 6 months of hell until my trial, thinking my life and career were over because I would get a PBJ no matter what since I agreed to the breathalyzer. However, we got a good judge and she was able to get a NOT GUILTY verdict for me for all DWI/DUI charges and helped me get them expunged immediately afterward!! I ended up only paying for the traffic ticket. I was truly shocked and overjoyed by this outcome. Getting arrested for a DUI a horrific situation to be in and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, but if you are reading this just choose her!

Hiring Sei-Hee could be the difference between your case getting dismissed or not. That was my experience. In my DUI case I mentioned early on that the officer was using dash cam and asked that we recover the footage. Sei-Hee requested the footage and when my court date came, we hadn’t received anything. She made sure that the judge set a deadline for when the prosecution had to present that information and then filed immediately for the case to be dismissed the very next day after the footage wasn’t delivered. On my next court date, the (different) judge dismissed my case in it’s entirely. If I would have had an attorney who didn’t make a point to get the other side to commit to a date or didn’t follow up immediately to file the paperwork when it didn’t arrive, I would probably have had a different outcome. Sei-Hee knows what she’s doing and will do what it takes to win the case. Follow her instructions exactly and you’re in good hands.

Sei-Hee provided the best representation at the time when my son incurred repeated DUI violations. Not only was she a strong advocate for her client; she also was very [compassionate] and caring, a rare quality that allowed me to remain sane when hope was low. Because she was tenacious and persuasive she was able to influence my son to seek rehabilitation when he was not listening. In the courtroom, she was absolutely brilliant and had the knowledge and skill to get the charges [dismissed].

Sei-Hee is extremely competent and is willing to work with you. I had a DUI charge and she was very thorough about advising me about the different dynamics in court that may impact how I should plead (eg. how the judge typically rules in similar cases, presence of certain witnesses etc). Very responsive and empathetic as well! I’d definitely hire her again

Sei-Hee was extremely helpful, meticulous, and effective. Moreover, her ability to sympathize and relate specifically to our situation was very much appreciated. Even in the initial consultation, she asked very thoughtful questions that no other lawyer thought to ask us, which is how we ended up choosing her as our lawyer.

I had a DUI and my job was depending on the charges…After all was said and done all the charges were dropped…Sei-Hee is great at what she does….I highly recommend her if you want great results
