I chose Sei-Hee after reading all these positive reviews and they were right! I thought my case was hopeless after a relatively good performance on the field sobriety tests but over a 0.08 BAC on the breathalyzer. I had zero experience with the law or how to choose a lawyer but after reading every single review for her and multiple other lawyers, it seemed like she would give me the best chance. More importantly, she was the only lawyer I met with who read my all papers in depth and gave me real advice about my individual case. I still remember her saying “I feel good about this case” and describing a similar case that she won, which gave me hope from my first meeting with her instead of the vague “we’ll see what we can do when we get more details” approach like every other lawyer. I went through 6 months of hell until my trial, thinking my life and career were over because I would get a PBJ no matter what since I agreed to the breathalyzer. However, we got a good judge and she was able to get a NOT GUILTY verdict for me for all DWI/DUI charges and helped me get them expunged immediately afterward!! I ended up only paying for the traffic ticket. I was truly shocked and overjoyed by this outcome. Getting arrested for a DUI a horrific situation to be in and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, but if you are reading this just choose her!

I was charged with DUI, DUI per se, DWI, and failure to control vehicle speed on highway to avoid collision. Sei-Hee found holes in my case and was willing to fight it but I just wanted to get it over with. On the day of trial, Sei-Hee was able to get me the best outcome out of everyone else in court facing similar charges, unsupervised PBJ for the DWI and the rest of the charges dropped. Due to my own procrastination, I reached out to C. Sie-Hee Arii on a wednesday when my court appearance was that monday. I was arrested for a dui (.15 bac) and about 7 consequent charges which added up to almost $2k in fines. Immediately I felt as if I was putting my case into the proper hands. Top notch. Very insightful. Extremely thorough. Upfront and honest. Understands modern surveillance technology extremely well. She dug into the video, frame by frame, gathered other evidence where other party was lying and proved my innocence. Definitely the person to have in your corner. I received a DUI and reached out to two DUI [attorneys]. Attorney #1 simply told me to take the ticket to the DMV, get your restrictive license and contact a breathalyzer company to get one installed, in your vehicle. So, by the time we get to court we will be ahead of the game. Then I reach out to Arii Law Firm (Sei-Hee Arii), She asked me about the event leading up to the DUI Tickets. Ms. Arii is nothing short of a miracle worker. I came to her facing what could have ended up being substantial jail time and somehow kept me from serving a single day. She is smart, competent, and always has a plan. I trusted her completely and always felt optimistic with her on my side. She always gave me multiple plans and always came to me honestly and candidly. No amount of money is worth your freedom, and to me that’s why she is priceless.

Miss Arii was very helpful with my court case, saving me astronomical amounts of money. She knew how to handle the situation with proficiency and great professionalism. The only 4 star is only because I had to ask what was happening with the case once and the only reason I wasn’t immediately informed was because she hadn’t received discovery of the case yet.
