Sei-Hee was a tremendous attorney throughout my entire process. I was charged with a DWI and and DUI in Rockville, MD. From our first meeting, Sei-Hee was a careful and strategic attorney. She provided me with exceptional counsel that allowed me to prepare myself not only for the trial, but also the MVA hearing. As a result of her expert counsel, I was able to win my MVA case and prove to the judge that I indeed made a legitimate attempt to provide my blood alcohol content. Her expertise also allowed me to obtain 6 months of unsupervised probation before judgment. As a result of a continuance which was granted to the prosecutor due to the police officer not being available for the first trial, this journey for me lasted 10 months. Throughout this long process, Sei-Hee was phenomenal in keeping me calm and on track. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an honest and skilled lawyer. It was the day before thanksgiving and I was on my way home from a friend’s high school reunion and I get pulled over and blow a 0.18, well above the legal limit. Shortly after being released I found Ms. Arii through some online researching. She was very understanding and helped ease my anxiety. Her pricing was also not astronomical as other firms were trying to charge me. Luckily I recorded my altercation on my phone and Ms. Arii did a thorough job in comparing my recording to what the police officer wrote on his report and developed a defense, even if it was a weak one. I felt she was doing everything she could for me to beat this. Long story short, I received the least severe charge, got a PBJ (this did not go on my record as having received a DUI) and 6 months probation.

Sei-hee was my lawyer for two separate incidents and won both. She’s a very knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and an awesome person. She answered my questions in a timely manner, and guided me through what I needed to do. I highly recommend her and I was extremely lucky to have found her.

Ms. Arii is [very] skilled a knowledgable lawyer who worked a miracle in my case. I was facing a year in jail, but she was able to make the state prosecutor case look very weak, and was able to convince the judge there was no merit to her argument. When you talk to Ms. Arii you can tell she is on your side and will do all it takes to get you a favorable result. She is well worth the money spent and the peace of mind knowing your lawyer went all out for you.
