Ms. Sei-Hee Arii is nothing less than an exceptional lawyer as well as a human being. When I was going through a very stressful situation she was able to bring the event to a close with the best possible result. Throughout my yearlong process Ms. Arii not only advised me flawlessly, but listened to my thoughts and ideas about my case and incorporated them into her defense after taking the time to openly discuss the possible effects of my situation and courses of action with me in depth. I found Ms. Arii through a website, selecting her based off of reviews and accolades. I can confidently say that Ms. Arii met or exceeded every high expectation that I had. Even when my situation was long and drawn out, Ms. Arii consulted me on her plan of action and walked me through every step along the way. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service Ms. Arii provided to me. I am not the type to write a review whether the level of service is good or bad….but if I could give Ms. Arii 10 starts I would.

After a very frightening arrest for DUI, I entered my information into a search engine for attorneys. Ms. Arii contacted me within hours. She was knowledgeable and kind, and patiently explained my circumstances and options. She was able to secure PBJ with unsupervised probation, as it was my first and only offense. Her price is lower than many other attorneys and her level of service and expertise are outstanding.

Sei-Hee Arii took care of things right from the start. I didn’t have to worry much about anything as she answered my paranoid questions quickly and efficiently. Told me what’s at sake and what my options are so I could make an informed decision. She was able to work her magic and reduce my DUI to a DWI which is the lesser of the two. I’m happy with my outcome.

Sei-Hee Arii is definitely an expert in her field. Her knowledge, expertise and professionalism saved my life. She was successful in obtaining a reduction of my charges from DUI to DWI. More importantly, she was successful in avoiding incarceration and convincing the prosecutor to change his recommendation against jail! In the courtroom, it was clear to me that folks were not prepared or represented nearly as well as I was. I felt terrible as I watched someone being handcuffed and taken away. Was really clear about our case and the process and our options. On the day of our court trial we took her advice and was patient and waited and like she said it would all go it did thanks to her professionality and experience our case was dismissed. Would definitely recommend her to everyone.

Although anonymous, I am not ashamed to say that I am a high school student. I was arrested on New Year’s Day, with a .08 BAC. I was given 4 tickets due to my DUI situation. My life was spiraling downwards because of the stupid decision I made, and I continued to agonize over the burden I placed on myself and my whole family until I met Ms. Sei Hee. Hiring Sei-Hee could be the difference between your case getting dismissed or not. That was my experience. In my DUI case I mentioned early on that the officer was using dash cam and asked that we recover the footage. Sei-Hee requested the footage and when my court date came, we hadn’t received anything. She made sure that the judge set a deadline for when the prosecution had to present that information and then filed immediately for the case to be dismissed the very next day after the footage wasn’t delivered. On my next court date, the (different) judge dismissed my case in it’s entirely. If I would have had an attorney who didn’t make a point to get the other side to commit to a date or didn’t follow up immediately to file the paperwork when it didn’t arrive, I would probably have had a different outcome. Sei-Hee knows what she’s doing and will do what it takes to win the case. Follow her instructions exactly and you’re in good hands.
