Sei-Hee was a tremendous attorney throughout my entire process. I was charged with a DWI and and DUI in Rockville, MD. From our first meeting, Sei-Hee was a careful and strategic attorney. She provided me with exceptional counsel that allowed me to prepare myself not only for the trial, but also the MVA hearing. As a result of her expert counsel, I was able to win my MVA case and prove to the judge that I indeed made a legitimate attempt to provide my blood alcohol content. Her expertise also allowed me to obtain 6 months of unsupervised probation before judgment. As a result of a continuance which was granted to the prosecutor due to the police officer not being available for the first trial, this journey for me lasted 10 months. She was successful in [obtaining] a nolle prosequi (dismissal) of my DUI/DWI charges. I paid a $140 negligent driving ticket, a 1 point violation that will remain on my driving record for only 2 years. After court, after advising me of my expungement rights, I decided to file for [expungement] immediately by executing a General Waiver and Release. As a professional courtesy and without charge, she assisted me in filing the expungement paperwork. I enlisted the services of Ms. Arii when I got slapped with 7 tickets – 1 being a DUI. Ms. Arii was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. When it came to my court date, she successfully convinced the prosecutor to strike a plea bargain. My 7 tickets were dismissed and I ended up with a PBJ for reckless driving.
