I contacted Sei Hee Arii regarding my first DUI do to the review I read here, and I’m glad I did. I was nervous because my BAC was 0.15 which is right at the threshold of a more serious charge. She was able to help talk me through the process of what I needed to do as soon as possible, and attend the appropriate classes. This helped reduce my sentence from supervised PBJ to unsupervised PBJ. She was also able to talk to the counseling center and reduce the time I needed to be there (typically 26 weeks). I would definitely hire her again.

Amidst an ugly divorce and custody battle, I made two very selfish and bad choices and needed the services of Sei-Hee Arii in 2016. Sei-Hee was a tremendous attorney throughout my entire process. I was charged with a DWI and and DUI in Rockville, MD. From our first meeting, Sei-Hee was a careful and strategic attorney. She provided me with exceptional counsel that allowed me to prepare myself not only for the trial, but also the MVA hearing. As a result of her expert counsel, I was able to win my MVA case and prove to the judge that I indeed made a legitimate attempt to provide my blood alcohol content. Her expertise also allowed me to obtain 6 months of unsupervised probation before judgment. As a result of a continuance which was granted to the prosecutor due to the police officer not being available for the first trial, this journey for me lasted 10 months. I was charged with DUI, DUI per se, DWI, and failure to control vehicle speed on highway to avoid collision. Sei-Hee found holes in my case and was willing to fight it but I just wanted to get it over with. On the day of trial, Sei-Hee was able to get me the best outcome out of everyone else in court facing similar charges, unsupervised PBJ for the DWI and the rest of the charges dropped. She is very professional and candid which is why I chose her over other attorneys. Highly recommended.

Ms. Sei-Hee Arii was personable and took care to learn about my situation. She was helpful from the initial consultation all the way to the end of the case. She made me aware of the worst case scenarios as well as best case scenarios. She helped me to be prepared for my court date and let me know what I needed to do to achieve a favorable verdict. Fortunately, with a little patience we were able to score the most desirable outcome. Overall, she is well informed in the law and also with the court system (judges, prosecutors etc) in Maryland which proved be beneficial in my case.
