After a very frightening arrest for DUI, I entered my information into a search engine for attorneys. Ms. Arii contacted me within hours. She was knowledgeable and kind, and patiently explained my circumstances and options. She was able to secure PBJ with unsupervised probation, as it was my first and only offense. Her price is lower than many other attorneys and her level of service and expertise are outstanding.

I was faced with a legal situation (DUI) this summer and immediately turned to Google. After many searches for the Montgomery County area, Sei-Hee’s name kept popping up. I called her and after our initial phone conversation, I knew that she was the lawyer I wanted to hire. She made the process smooth and made sure that I understood all of my responsibility on my end. It was important to me to know what all I could be doing towards my case as far as which classes to take and how to proceed with my 90 day driving suspension. When it came time for my court date, she eased my nerves talking me through the process and what to expect. When I met her in the courtroom that morning I was immediately eased with her knowledge of the proceedings. I personally had a favorable outcome that was not anticipated. Sei-Hee did a fantastic job in preparing me for all outcomes because you truly don’t know what to expect prior to the courtroom. Regardless of what outcome I would have received that day, Sei-Hee was by my side and made me understand everything. I highly recommend her based on her skill, knowledge, and personal skills.

Top notch. Very insightful. Extremely thorough. Upfront and honest. Understands modern surveillance technology extremely well. Helped me in a case where Private Investigator’s video evidence was screaming against me. There was no way out. And then Sei-Hee came in. She dug into the video, frame by frame, gathered other evidence where other party was lying and proved my innocence. Definitely the person to have in your corner. And I forgot to mention: very affordable.

Sei-Hee Arii is definitely an expert in her field. Her knowledge, expertise and professionalism saved my life. She was successful in obtaining a reduction of my charges from DUI to DWI. More importantly, she was successful in avoiding incarceration and convincing the prosecutor to change his recommendation against jail! In the courtroom, it was clear to me that folks were not prepared or represented nearly as well as I was. I felt terrible as I watched someone being handcuffed and taken away. Too bad Sei-Hee wasn’t his lawyer. I was blessed to have found Sei-Hee. I am so happy with the resolution and especially grateful that I placed my trust in her throughout the process. Facing a judge after blowing a .019 and reckless driving isn’t the easiest, but with Sei-Hee Arii by my side I was confident. She fought to get me the best outcome possible, which for me was a PBJ, 8 hrs of community service & to attend a [MADD] class. This was my first offense, but the courtroom did not want to take it easy on me by any means. Sei-Hee did everything in her power to help me with this case, including offering to go to trial if that’s what needed to be done. She definitely knows what she’s doing & she stood out in the courtroom compared to the other attorneys when it came to being [knowledgeable] about the law.

It was the day before thanksgiving and I was on my way home from a friend’s high school reunion and I get pulled over and blow a 0.18, well above the legal limit. Shortly after being released I found Ms. Arii through some online researching. She was very understanding and helped ease my anxiety. Her pricing was also not astronomical as other firms were trying to charge me. Luckily I recorded my altercation on my phone and Ms. Arii did a thorough job in comparing my recording to what the police officer wrote on his report and developed a defense, even if it was a weak one. I felt she was doing everything she could for me to beat this. Long story short, I received the least severe charge, got a PBJ (this did not go on my record as having received a DUI) and 6 months probation.
