In a nightmare situation, Sei-Hee helped me not only legally but also psychologically; I’d contacted other lawyers before finding her, and I can honestly say she was the only one that seemed to actually pay attention to my personal, specific situation, offering advice that suited my exact situation – very much unlike the other lawyers I’d contacted (it’s worth mentioning that my initial consultation over the phone was with Sei-Hee herself, not an assistant that couldn’t care less like the others I’d contacted). Sei-Hee Arii’s assertiveness in the courtroom is only surpassed by her compassion with her clients. She is a wonder! I exited my last case with the prosecuting attorney looking toward my mother to say, “Thank your attorney, she is something else.” Sei-Hee Arii genuinely cares for her client’s well-being beyond the case and will stop at no end to help. I contacted Sei Hee Arii regarding my first DUI do to the review I read here, and I’m glad I did. I was nervous because my BAC was 0.15 which is right at the threshold of a more serious charge. She was able to help talk me through the process of what I needed to do as soon as possible, and attend the appropriate classes. This helped reduce my sentence from supervised PBJ to unsupervised PBJ. She was also able to talk to the counseling center and reduce the time I needed to be there (typically 26 weeks). I would definitely hire her again.

Ms. Sei-Hee Arii is nothing less than an exceptional lawyer as well as a human being. I chose Sei-Hee after reading all these positive reviews and they were right! I thought my case was hopeless after a relatively good performance on the field sobriety tests but over a 0.08 BAC on the breathalyzer. I had zero experience with the law or how to choose a lawyer but after reading every single review for her and multiple other lawyers, it seemed like she would give me the best chance. More importantly, she was the only lawyer I met with who read my all papers in depth and gave me real advice about my individual case. I still remember her saying “I feel good about this case” and describing a similar case that she won, which gave me hope from my first meeting with her instead of the vague “we’ll see what we can do when we get more details” approach like every other lawyer. I went through 6 months of hell until my trial, thinking my life and career were over because I would get a PBJ no matter what since I agreed to the breathalyzer. However, we got a good judge and she was able to get a NOT GUILTY verdict for me for all DWI/DUI charges and helped me get them expunged immediately afterward!! I ended up only paying for the traffic ticket. I was truly shocked and overjoyed by this outcome. Getting arrested for a DUI a horrific situation to be in and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, but if you are reading this just choose her!
