C. Sei-Hee Arii was truly a godsend. I was facing my second DUI in 9 years. As a single mom, my panic was off the charts. Sei-Hee was a rock during the storm. She had a plan and she gave it to me straight. Yes, I was facing jail time but because of a combination of Ms. Arii’s expert legal knowledge and direction I never saw the inside of a cell. Trust me, she’s who to turn to and she cares. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of work went in to giving her something to go on but if you’re willing to fight, so is she. In a desperate situation I was given hope and a future. Thank you Sei-Hee.

Sei-Hee is extremely competent and is willing to work with you. I had a DUI charge and she was very thorough about advising me about the different dynamics in court that may impact how I should plead (eg. how the judge typically rules in similar cases, presence of certain witnesses etc). Very responsive and empathetic as well! I’d definitely hire her again

I had DUI & DWI charges against me, but I was innocent. Sei-Hee is someone who always believed in my innocence. She spent as much time as I wanted, answering all my questions, explaining her exact defense strategy, and coaching me for trial. Additionally, she spent hours studying my case, honing her strategy, and attempting to convince the prosecutors that I was in fact really innocent. In the end, Sei-Hee was able to spin her magic and got the prosecution to essentially drop all charges. I would highly recommend Sei-Hee because she will a) believe in you b) be dedicated to getting you the best outcome c) be extremely patient and d) apply her magnificent knowledge and talent to the case.

In Court today, C. Sei-Hee Arii was successful in obtaining unsupervised probation before judgment for the reduced charge of Driving While Impaired by Alcohol despite my breath test result being more than 2x the legal limit exactly 0.20.

Sei-Hee Arii’s assertiveness in the courtroom is only surpassed by her compassion with her clients. She is a wonder! I exited my last case with the prosecuting attorney looking toward my mother to say, “Thank your attorney, she is something else.” Sei-Hee Arii genuinely cares for her client’s well-being beyond the case and will stop at no end to help. I have known her professionally for 5+ years now and not only has she never let me down, I have never felt like she wasn’t genuinely concerned for my well being. I have made my mistakes (3 criminal charges in 5 years) and Sei-Hee is that which ensured I had the chance to learn from them. I now attend an honor’s college, will graduate in the spring of 2015, and owe it all to her.

Ms. Sei-Hee Arii recently represented me for a DUI case in which I was very pleased with the outcome. During consultation she was very honest with me about my possible consequences, from worst to best, with it being my 2nd alcohol related offense. She advised me on programs to attend before my court date that could lead to a more favorable sentencing in front of the judge. She represented me professionally and positively in the court room and was able to get me a very favorable outcome in comparison to the possible consequences. She did not stop there as she also helped to reduce the traffic citations that came with the DUI when she did not have to. Not only that, but was very reasonable and understanding as far as making payments for her hiring. It was clear that Ms. Arii wants the best for her clients. When I was arrested for marijuana possession this past April in Washington, DC (on a weekend visit from out-of-state) I was worried about my future; I didn’t know what this could mean for my career or even my freedom because of Washington’s strict marijuana laws, but after hiring Ms. Arii my fears immediately subsided. She was very attentive and assured me that she would do all she could to make sure my case would be handled well. I was facing a max of 6 months in prison for my offense. I was very pleased with Ms. Arii’s work after she cut a deal with the prosecutor which not only had me avoiding jail time AND probation (I was only given community service, which I was able to serve in my home state), but I was also able to avoid attending my final court appearance since I was out-of-state. In all my dealings with Ms. Arii she was informative, organized, and cared about my case as if she were the one facing the prison sentence. On top of all that, her fee was very reasonable and much less than I initially feared my lawyer fees would cost.

Sei-Hee provided the best representation at the time when my son incurred repeated DUI violations. Not only was she a strong advocate for her client; she also was very [compassionate] and caring, a rare quality that allowed me to remain sane when hope was low. Because she was tenacious and persuasive she was able to influence my son to seek rehabilitation when he was not listening. In the courtroom, she was absolutely brilliant and had the knowledge and skill to get the charges [dismissed].

When I got my 1st DUI, I was worried. I did not know what to expect since I never got into the wrong side of the law. I knew I had to get a good lawyer to help me fight it in court.
