Sei-Hee is extremely competent and is willing to work with you. I had a DUI charge and she was very thorough about advising me about the different dynamics in court that may impact how I should plead (eg. how the judge typically rules in similar cases, presence of certain witnesses etc). Very responsive and empathetic as well! I’d definitely hire her again

Sei-Hee Arii took care of things right from the start. I didn’t have to worry much about anything as she answered my paranoid questions quickly and efficiently. I was charged with a DUI in late 2014. I’ve never had any run-ins with the law before and didn’t know where to even start looking for a lawyer to handle my case. I talked to a number of DUI lawyers and ended up choosing Sei-Hee, a decision I’m so glad I made. First time DUI in Maryland, had no idea what to expect. I called Sei-Hee the next morning and she was immediately kind, understanding, and knowledgeable about the entire process – something I really needed after the traumatic arrest night. I was charged [redacted] for representation in the criminal case. I’m not sure how this compares to other lawyers as she’s the first one I’ve used. There’s payment plans if needed. The MVA case is separate and she prepares you well for you to do it on your own – it’s fairly straightforward and I had no issues getting a restricted license. There’s an extra charge for her to be there during the MVA case if you feel you need it. I was well over the legal limit, but Sei-Hee negotiated my DUI down to a DWI. I also got a PBJ by following her instructions on what to do before court. It was also clear she was the most knowledgeable/experienced attorney in the court room. I would definitely recommend her to my friends/family or, god forbid, hire her again for myself if needed.
