I am a old man that doesn’t know the law so good. My first time in a court room I was scare. I tried to understand them !! But I could not. Again I was very scare. I contacted Sei-Hee a week before my hearing, I was worried and didn’t know what was going to happen, I was facing multiple citations, at least 10 including a DUI as well as A DWI. She spoke with me and after our initial consultation I felt do much better, she explained what my next steps should be leading up to my trail date, and ended up getting all my charges dropped, all 10!! But beyond being an great lawyer, she is a caring person who I believe generally cares about her clients and not just there money. If I ever needed a lawyer again, (God forgive), Sei-Hee would be my first choice.

I was faced with a legal situation (DUI) this summer and immediately turned to Google. After many searches for the Montgomery County area, Sei-Hee’s name kept popping up. Ms. Arii is [very] skilled a knowledgable lawyer who worked a miracle in my case. I was facing a year in jail, but she was able to make the state prosecutor case look very weak, and was able to convince the judge there was no merit to her argument. When you talk to Ms. Arii you can tell she is on your side and will do all it takes to get you a favorable result. She is well worth the money spent and the peace of mind knowing your lawyer went all out for you.

I enlisted the services of Ms. Arii when I got slapped with 7 tickets – 1 being a DUI. Ms. Arii was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. When it came to my court date, she successfully convinced the prosecutor to strike a plea bargain. My 7 tickets were dismissed and I ended up with a PBJ for reckless driving. I am in the process of expunging that from my records. I am very pleased with the outcome and am thankful to Ms. Arii for helping me move on from this.

Hiring Sei-Hee could be the difference between your case getting dismissed or not. That was my experience. In my DUI case I mentioned early on that the officer was using dash cam and asked that we recover the footage. Sei-Hee requested the footage and when my court date came, we hadn’t received anything. She made sure that the judge set a deadline for when the prosecution had to present that information and then filed immediately for the case to be dismissed the very next day after the footage wasn’t delivered. On my next court date, the (different) judge dismissed my case in it’s entirely. If I would have had an attorney who didn’t make a point to get the other side to commit to a date or didn’t follow up immediately to file the paperwork when it didn’t arrive, I would probably have had a different outcome. Sei-Hee knows what she’s doing and will do what it takes to win the case. Follow her instructions exactly and you’re in good hands.

Sei-Hee was referred to me by another lawyer and mutual friend and after my experience with her work I have referred her to several other potential clients. She is generous with her time, thorough and a creative problem solver. When it was clear that there was a possibility to settle our case out of court we proceeded to arbitration. When the arbitration was unsuccessful she taught us how to proceed to take over a large part of the work ourselves in order to save money and report back to her for advice on how to resolve the dispute in court until she was needed again at the end. I am in the process now of filling out the forms she sent me to update my mother’s will, create trusts and do end of life planning. Sei-Hee has a complete package of pre-visit information sheets that once filled out allow us to gather all the information in one place and help her give us the best advice possible.
