I can say it was the best decision to seek Ms Arii’s assistance. This was my first DUI and the ordeal was really nerve-racking as I felt my life was over after the arrest. She explained to me very well what could possibly happen and I was kept informed and never felt I was given the run around like the first attorneys I called. Ms. Sei-Hee Arii recently represented me for a DUI case in which I was very pleased with the outcome. During consultation she was very honest with me about my possible consequences, from worst to best, with it being my 2nd alcohol related offense. She advised me on programs to attend before my court date that could lead to a more favorable sentencing in front of the judge. She represented me professionally and positively in the court room and was able to get me a very favorable outcome in comparison to the possible consequences. She did not stop there as she also helped to reduce the traffic citations that came with the DUI when she did not have to. Not only that, but was very reasonable and understanding as far as making payments for her hiring. It was clear that Ms. Arii wants the best for her clients. I highly recommend her as an attorney and thankful for her representation.

After a very frightening arrest for DUI, I entered my information into a search engine for attorneys. Ms. Arii contacted me within hours. She was knowledgeable and kind, and patiently explained my circumstances and options. She was able to secure PBJ with unsupervised probation, as it was my first and only offense. Her price is lower than many other attorneys and her level of service and expertise are outstanding.

First time DUI in Maryland, had no idea what to expect. I called Sei-Hee the next morning and she was immediately kind, understanding, and knowledgeable about the entire process – something I really needed after the traumatic arrest night. I was charged [redacted] for representation in the criminal case. I’m not sure how this compares to other lawyers as she’s the first one I’ve used. There’s payment plans if needed. The MVA case is separate and she prepares you well for you to do it on your own – it’s fairly straightforward and I had no issues getting a restricted license. There’s an extra charge for her to be there during the MVA case if you feel you need it. I was well over the legal limit, but Sei-Hee negotiated my DUI down to a DWI. I also got a PBJ by following her instructions on what to do before court. It was also clear she was the most knowledgeable/experienced attorney in the court room. I would definitely recommend her to my friends/family or, god forbid, hire her again for myself if needed.

I contacted Sei Hee Arii regarding my first DUI do to the review I read here, and I’m glad I did. I was nervous because my BAC was 0.15 which is right at the threshold of a more serious charge. She was able to help talk me through the process of what I needed to do as soon as possible, and attend the appropriate classes. This helped reduce my sentence from supervised PBJ to unsupervised PBJ. She was also able to talk to the counseling center and reduce the time I needed to be there (typically 26 weeks). I would definitely hire her again.

C. Sei-Hee Arii was truly a godsend. I was facing my second DUI in 9 years. As a single mom, my panic was off the charts. Sei-Hee was a rock during the storm. She had a plan and she gave it to me straight. Yes, I was facing jail time but because of a combination of Ms. Arii’s expert legal knowledge and direction I never saw the inside of a cell. Trust me, she’s who to turn to and she cares. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of work went in to giving her something to go on but if you’re willing to fight, so is she.
