First time DUI in Maryland, had no idea what to expect. I called Sei-Hee the next morning and she was immediately kind, understanding, and knowledgeable about the entire process – something I really needed after the traumatic arrest night. I was charged [redacted] for representation in the criminal case. I’m not sure how this compares to other lawyers as she’s the first one I’ve used. There’s payment plans if needed. The MVA case is separate and she prepares you well for you to do it on your own – it’s fairly straightforward and I had no issues getting a restricted license. There’s an extra charge for her to be there during the MVA case if you feel you need it. I was well over the legal limit, but Sei-Hee negotiated my DUI down to a DWI. I also got a PBJ by following her instructions on what to do before court. It was also clear she was the most knowledgeable/experienced attorney in the court room. I would definitely recommend her to my friends/family or, god forbid, hire her again for myself if needed.

I enlisted the services of Ms. Arii when I got slapped with 7 tickets – 1 being a DUI. Ms. Arii was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. When it came to my court date, she successfully convinced the prosecutor to strike a plea bargain. My 7 tickets were dismissed and I ended up with a PBJ for reckless driving. I am in the process of expunging that from my records. I am very pleased with the outcome and am thankful to Ms. Arii for helping me move on from this.

Sei-Hee Arii was an excellent lawyer for my husband and me. She was a tremendous advocate for us throughout the ordeal. Sei-Hee did everything previously retained counsel was too lazy to do and but handled our case with sincerity, toughness, and diligence.

I was referred to Attorney Arii by a co-worker of mine. He informed me of her great work and I was able to experience it myself. Attorney Arii really works with her clients and has their best interest at heart. Her word is honest and keeps her clients informed throughout the entire process. I never needed a lawyer until recently but I am glad I used Attorney Arii.

I was charged with a DUI in late 2014. I’ve never had any run-ins with the law before and didn’t know where to even start looking for a lawyer to handle my case. I talked to a number of DUI lawyers and ended up choosing Sei-Hee, a decision I’m so glad I made. I wanted Sei-Hee to represent me because she showed genuine interest in my case, whereas I felt like “just another routine DUI case” when I reached out to other lawyers and firms. Sei-Hee is a very understanding person, super responsive, and knows the MoCo court system well. She kept me informed throughout the process and was very helpful in accommodating my schedule and the fact I reside and work in NYC. Additionally, she did her due diligence to look beyond the just the surface of what happened to get the full story. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent DUI lawyer in MoCo.

Sei-Hee is an excellent lawyer who is second to none. She handled my case in a professional manner. She told me what to expect and assured me of her help with my traffic violation related charges. She was very brief and clear when she represented me during my court hearing. She presented the case to the judge in a clear manner and convinced the judge that charges me does not deserve a harsh punishment and that I should be given a second chance to prove that I am a good law abiding person. The judge accepted her argument and I got out of trouble. Therefore I highly recommend her for any traffic related violations because she has what it takes to get you out of trouble once you follow her Counsel before court hearing. She also understands circumstances and gives good recommendations. You will never regret her services.

When I was arrested for marijuana possession this past April in Washington, DC (on a weekend visit from out-of-state) I was worried about my future; I didn’t know what this could mean for my career or even my freedom because of Washington’s strict marijuana laws, but after hiring Ms. Arii my fears immediately subsided. She was very attentive and assured me that she would do all she could to make sure my case would be handled well. I was facing a max of 6 months in prison for my offense. I was very pleased with Ms. Arii’s work after she cut a deal with the prosecutor which not only had me avoiding jail time AND probation (I was only given community service, which I was able to serve in my home state), but I was also able to avoid attending my final court appearance since I was out-of-state. In all my dealings with Ms. Arii she was informative, organized, and cared about my case as if she were the one facing the prison sentence. On top of all that, her fee was very reasonable and much less than I initially feared my lawyer fees would cost.

Not only she kept me out of jail but her advice during and after my case helps me to put my life back on track. Her deep professionalism and skill is so amazing. Can’t complain she’s a really great lawyer. She [got my DUI/DWI dropped] in one [sentence] great knowledge knowing the outcome what would happen. Never won a case before, til I met Sei-Hee Arii she worth every penny.

I chose Sei-Hee after reading all these positive reviews and they were right! I thought my case was hopeless after a relatively good performance on the field sobriety tests but over a 0.08 BAC on the breathalyzer. I had zero experience with the law or how to choose a lawyer but after reading every single review for her and multiple other lawyers, it seemed like she would give me the best chance. More importantly, she was the only lawyer I met with who read my all papers in depth and gave me real advice about my individual case. I still remember her saying “I feel good about this case” and describing a similar case that she won, which gave me hope from my first meeting with her instead of the vague “we’ll see what we can do when we get more details” approach like every other lawyer. I went through 6 months of hell until my trial, thinking my life and career were over because I would get a PBJ no matter what since I agreed to the breathalyzer. However, we got a good judge and she was able to get a NOT GUILTY verdict for me for all DWI/DUI charges and helped me get them expunged immediately afterward!! I ended up only paying for the traffic ticket. I was truly shocked and overjoyed by this outcome. Getting arrested for a DUI a horrific situation to be in and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, but if you are reading this just choose her!
