I have been represented by sei hee twice now, and both times she has succeeded in getting favorable results, even to the point of dismissal. I contacted her office whenever I needed her assistance and they were very helpful if she was busy or on vacation, so I would just text her and she would respond and tell me exactly what to do and answers all of my questions promptly. Both times, I did not have to worry about anything leading up to the cases, I would simply just show up and let her do the work which she always does in a very professional manner, and knows exactly what to say in every scenario or questioning being given. I really recommend sei hee because she is just very knowledgeable and kind hearted down to talking with you or the judge and just knows exactly how everything will be played out even before it happens. I am a old man that doesn’t know the law so good. My first time in a court room I was scare. I tried to understand them !! But I could not. Again I was very scare. I contacted Sei-Hee a week before my hearing, I was worried and didn’t know what was going to happen, I was facing multiple citations, at least 10 including a DUI as well as A DWI. She spoke with me and after our initial consultation I felt do much better, she explained what my next steps should be leading up to my trail date, and ended up getting all my charges dropped, all 10!! But beyond being an great lawyer, she is a caring person who I believe generally cares about her clients and not just there money. Sei-Hee was referred to me by another lawyer and mutual friend and after my experience with her work I have referred her to several other potential clients. She is generous with her time, thorough and a creative problem solver. When it was clear that there was a possibility to settle our case out of court we proceeded to arbitration. When the arbitration was unsuccessful she taught us how to proceed to take over a large part of the work ourselves in order to save money and report back to her for advice on how to resolve the dispute in court until she was needed again at the end. I am in the process now of filling out the forms she sent me to update my mother’s will, create trusts and do end of life planning. I was charged with DUI, DUI per se, DWI, and failure to control vehicle speed on highway to avoid collision. Sei-Hee found holes in my case and was willing to fight it but I just wanted to get it over with. On the day of trial, Sei-Hee was able to get me the best outcome out of everyone else in court facing similar charges, unsupervised PBJ for the DWI and the rest of the charges dropped. Sei-Hee is extremely competent and is willing to work with you. I had a DUI charge and she was very thorough about advising me about the different dynamics in court that may impact how I should plead (eg. how the judge typically rules in similar cases, presence of certain witnesses etc).
