C. Sei-Hee Arii was truly a godsend. I was facing my second DUI in 9 years. As a single mom, my panic was off the charts. Sei-Hee was a rock during the storm. She had a plan and she gave it to me straight. Yes, I was facing jail time but because of a combination of Ms. Arii’s expert legal knowledge and direction I never saw the inside of a cell. Trust me, she’s who to turn to and she cares. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of work went in to giving her something to go on but if you’re willing to fight, so is she. I was charged a DUI/DWI on a first offense and it has been one of the most nerve wrecking event in my life. I soon went online to find an attorney where I found Arii Law Firm. Ms. Sei-Hee Arii recently represented me for a DUI case in which I was very pleased with the outcome. During consultation she was very honest with me about my possible consequences, from worst to best, with it being my 2nd alcohol related offense. She advised me on programs to attend before my court date that could lead to a more favorable sentencing in front of the judge. She represented me professionally and positively in the court room and was able to get me a very favorable outcome in comparison to the possible consequences. I chose Sei-Hee after reading all these positive reviews and they were right! I thought my case was hopeless after a relatively good performance on the field sobriety tests but over a 0.08 BAC on the breathalyzer. I had zero experience with the law or how to choose a lawyer but after reading every single review for her and multiple other lawyers, it seemed like she would give me the best chance. More importantly, she was the only lawyer I met with who read my all papers in depth and gave me real advice about my individual case. I still remember her saying “I feel good about this case” and describing a similar case that she won, which gave me hope from my first meeting with her instead of the vague “we’ll see what we can do when we get more details” approach like every other lawyer. I went through 6 months of hell until my trial, thinking my life and career were over because I would get a PBJ no matter what since I agreed to the breathalyzer. However, we got a good judge and she was able to get a NOT GUILTY verdict for me for all DWI/DUI charges and helped me get them expunged immediately afterward!! I ended up only paying for the traffic ticket. I was truly shocked and overjoyed by this outcome. Getting arrested for a DUI a horrific situation to be in and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, but if you are reading this just choose her!

Sei-Hee was referred to me by another lawyer and mutual friend and after my experience with her work I have referred her to several other potential clients. She is generous with her time, thorough and a creative problem solver. When it was clear that there was a possibility to settle our case out of court we proceeded to arbitration. When the arbitration was unsuccessful she taught us how to proceed to take over a large part of the work ourselves in order to save money and report back to her for advice on how to resolve the dispute in court until she was needed again at the end. I am in the process now of filling out the forms she sent me to update my mother’s will, create trusts and do end of life planning. Due to my own procrastination, I reached out to C. Sie-Hee Arii on a wednesday when my court appearance was that monday. I was arrested for a dui (.15 bac) and about 7 consequent charges which added up to almost $2k in fines. Immediately I felt as if I was putting my case into the proper hands.
