She was successful in [obtaining] a nolle prosequi (dismissal) of my DUI/DWI charges. I paid a $140 negligent driving ticket, a 1 point violation that will remain on my driving record for only 2 years. After court, after advising me of my expungement rights, I decided to file for [expungement] immediately by executing a General Waiver and Release. As a professional courtesy and without charge, she assisted me in filing the expungement paperwork. She was very professional, very friendly and I would absolutely hire her again and recommend her to others. Thank you Ms. [Arii]!

I chose Sei-Hee Arii as my lawyer and am so glad I did. I went through an unfortunate set of events and had no idea what to do or where to go. She was the only one that made me feel better, safe, secure, and comfortable throughout the whole process, especially with this being a first and only time event for me. First time DUI in Maryland, had no idea what to expect. I called Sei-Hee the next morning and she was immediately kind, understanding, and knowledgeable about the entire process – something I really needed after the traumatic arrest night. I was charged [redacted] for representation in the criminal case. I’m not sure how this compares to other lawyers as she’s the first one I’ve used. There’s payment plans if needed. The MVA case is separate and she prepares you well for you to do it on your own – it’s fairly straightforward and I had no issues getting a restricted license. There’s an extra charge for her to be there during the MVA case if you feel you need it. I was well over the legal limit, but Sei-Hee negotiated my DUI down to a DWI. I also got a PBJ by following her instructions on what to do before court. It was also clear she was the most knowledgeable/experienced attorney in the court room. I would definitely recommend her to my friends/family or, god forbid, hire her again for myself if needed.

Sei-Hee Arii’s assertiveness in the courtroom is only surpassed by her compassion with her clients. She is a wonder!
