Sei-Hee Arii is the most professional, knowledgable and compassionate attorney I have ever hired. She was by my side every step of the way to ensure that I received the best outcome. Never did I feel judged or condemned for my wrong doing. She believed in me more than I did myself. She will be the attorney that I turn to for any and everything I need. I would highly recommend Sei-Hee for any and all of her areas of expertise. She is a one and a million attorney and a once in a lifetime individual.

Ms. Arii is nothing short of a miracle worker. I came to her facing what could have ended up being substantial jail time and somehow kept me from serving a single day. Facing a judge after blowing a .019 and reckless driving isn’t the easiest, but with Sei-Hee Arii by my side I was confident. She fought to get me the best outcome possible, which for me was a PBJ, 8 hrs of community service & to attend a [MADD] class. This was my first offense, but the courtroom did not want to take it easy on me by any means. In Court today, C. Sei-Hee Arii was successful in obtaining unsupervised probation before judgment for the reduced charge of Driving While Impaired by Alcohol despite my breath test result being more than 2x the legal limit exactly 0.20.

First time DUI in Maryland, had no idea what to expect. I called Sei-Hee the next morning and she was immediately kind, understanding, and knowledgeable about the entire process – something I really needed after the traumatic arrest night. I was charged [redacted] for representation in the criminal case. I’m not sure how this compares to other lawyers as she’s the first one I’ve used. There’s payment plans if needed. The MVA case is separate and she prepares you well for you to do it on your own – it’s fairly straightforward and I had no issues getting a restricted license. There’s an extra charge for her to be there during the MVA case if you feel you need it. I was well over the legal limit, but Sei-Hee negotiated my DUI down to a DWI. I also got a PBJ by following her instructions on what to do before court. It was also clear she was the most knowledgeable/experienced attorney in the court room. I would definitely recommend her to my friends/family or, god forbid, hire her again for myself if needed.

Sei Arii representative me in a 2nd DUI case. The charges were pending possible jail time. Ms. Arii did her homework before the court date and was able to represent me well. C. Sei-Hee Arii got my DUI, DWI, and paraphernalia charges reduced to only one DWI charge. When it became clear that the judge would probably find me guilty on this charge, she was able to get me a PBJ. This meant that I would be put on probation for a year, and if I adhered to all of my probationary demands than the DWI would be expunged from my record. I am glad to be DWI free now, and am very thankful for everything that C. Sei-Hee Arri was able to do for me. I could not have made a better decision.
