Hiring C. Sei-Hee Arii as my DUI/DWI lawyer was one decision I do not regret. She used her extensive knowledge of the law and being very resourceful to get me out of a sticky situation and I genuinely feel like she was fighting for me in court. She has very competitive rates and in additional to handling the district court hearings she also coaches you on the MVA administrative hearing and she does all this in a way that makes you feel comfortable and not doubt hiring her. She got all my charges dropped at the end of the day and I am forever going to be thankful for her diligent work.

I am beyond blessed to have found Sei-Hee online. This has been the best couple thousand I’ve ever spent. A great investment in my future as well and totally worth it. She was thorough, and explained in detail the complexities of my case. Through her council and expertise, she was able to get all of my DUI/DWI charges dropped. She is worth every single penny and I would highly recommend her. If you are still searching, don’t second guess it. She’s the real deal. Highly professional and very responsive as well. Court is a very unpleasant experience but I was truly pleased with her commitment and the resolution to my case.

When I was arrested for marijuana possession this past April in Washington, DC (on a weekend visit from out-of-state) I was worried about my future; I didn’t know what this could mean for my career or even my freedom because of Washington’s strict marijuana laws, but after hiring Ms. Arii my fears immediately subsided. She was very attentive and assured me that she would do all she could to make sure my case would be handled well. I was facing a max of 6 months in prison for my offense. I was very pleased with Ms. Arii’s work after she cut a deal with the prosecutor which not only had me avoiding jail time AND probation (I was only given community service, which I was able to serve in my home state), but I was also able to avoid attending my final court appearance since I was out-of-state. In all my dealings with Ms. Arii she was informative, organized, and cared about my case as if she were the one facing the prison sentence. On top of all that, her fee was very reasonable and much less than I initially feared my lawyer fees would cost.

Was really clear about our case and the process and our options. On the day of our court trial we took her advice and was patient and waited and like she said it would all go it did thanks to her professionality and experience our case was dismissed. Would definitely recommend her to everyone.

C. Sei-Hee Arii represented me in a difficult traffic appeal case with the outcome winning my appeal. Very thorough and professional throughout the course of my appeal, she was able to negotiate with the Judge and the States Attorney in way that presented the facts in their true merit. Miss Arii was very helpful with my court case, saving me astronomical amounts of money. She knew how to handle the situation with proficiency and great professionalism. The only 4 star is only because I had to ask what was happening with the case once and the only reason I wasn’t immediately informed was because she hadn’t received discovery of the case yet. This is through no fault of her own.

I was faced with a legal situation (DUI) this summer and immediately turned to Google. After many searches for the Montgomery County area, Sei-Hee’s name kept popping up. I called her and after our initial phone conversation, I knew that she was the lawyer I wanted to hire. She made the process smooth and made sure that I understood all of my responsibility on my end. It was important to me to know what all I could be doing towards my case as far as which classes to take and how to proceed with my 90 day driving suspension. When it came time for my court date, she eased my nerves talking me through the process and what to expect.
