Ms. Arii, provided excellent legal counsel. She thoroughly reviewed the facts, stated which courses of actions were available and then provided support and advisement through the entire process. Having an excellent lawyer is not only an asset in the court room, but it is calming on the nerves. There were many times, that I allowed my emotions to take root. Each time she explained via rational thought the [probability] of each fear, and then she helped guide me to a successful resolution. Sei-Hee was a tremendous attorney throughout my entire process. I was charged with a DWI and and DUI in Rockville, MD. From our first meeting, Sei-Hee was a careful and strategic attorney. She provided me with exceptional counsel that allowed me to prepare myself not only for the trial, but also the MVA hearing. As a result of her expert counsel, I was able to win my MVA case and prove to the judge that I indeed made a legitimate attempt to provide my blood alcohol content. As a result of a continuance which was granted to the prosecutor due to the police officer not being available for the first trial, this journey for me lasted 10 months. I was charged with DUI, DUI per se, DWI, and failure to control vehicle speed on highway to avoid collision. Sei-Hee found holes in my case and was willing to fight it but I just wanted to get it over with. Although anonymous, I am not ashamed to say that I am a high school student. I was arrested on New Year’s Day, with a .08 BAC. I was given 4 tickets due to my DUI situation.
