Ms. Sei-Hee Arii is nothing less than an exceptional lawyer as well as a human being. When I was going through a very stressful situation she was able to bring the event to a close with the best possible result. Throughout my yearlong process Ms. Arii not only advised me flawlessly, but listened to my thoughts and ideas about my case and incorporated them into her defense after taking the time to openly discuss the possible effects of my situation and courses of action with me in depth. I found Ms. Arii through a website, selecting her based off of reviews and accolades. I can confidently say that Ms. Arii met or exceeded every high expectation that I had. Even when my situation was long and drawn out, Ms. Arii consulted me on her plan of action and walked me through every step along the way. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service Ms. Arii provided to me. I am not the type to write a review whether the level of service is good or bad….but if I could give Ms. Arii 10 starts I would.

This was my first time in any kind of situation involving me going to court. Sei-Hee was able to put me at ease about the whole thing. She is knowledge, aggressive, timely, and responsive. She was successful in [obtaining] a nolle prosequi (dismissal) of my DUI/DWI charges. I paid a $140 negligent driving ticket, a 1 point violation that will remain on my driving record for only 2 years. After court, after advising me of my expungement rights, I decided to file for [expungement] immediately by executing a General Waiver and Release. As a professional courtesy and without charge, she assisted me in filing the expungement paperwork. She was very professional, very friendly and I would absolutely hire her again and recommend her to others. Thank you Ms. [Arii]!

Sei-Hee was referred to me by another lawyer and mutual friend and after my experience with her work I have referred her to several other potential clients. She is generous with her time, thorough and a creative problem solver. When it was clear that there was a possibility to settle our case out of court we proceeded to arbitration. When the arbitration was unsuccessful she taught us how to proceed to take over a large part of the work ourselves in order to save money and report back to her for advice on how to resolve the dispute in court until she was needed again at the end. I am in the process now of filling out the forms she sent me to update my mother’s will, create trusts and do end of life planning. Sei-Hee has a complete package of pre-visit information sheets that once filled out allow us to gather all the information in one place and help her give us the best advice possible.

I was faced with a legal situation (DUI) this summer and immediately turned to Google. After many searches for the Montgomery County area, Sei-Hee’s name kept popping up. Sei-Hee Arii will work hard for you. I was very overwhelmed with my DUI/DWI charges against me. I didn’t know where to start, I never been in trouble with the law before, but the stacks were against me. When you get charges like I did, you will get a ton of mail from law offices. I went to three lawyers, my case was hard to prove, and I felt all three couldn’t represent me the way I needed them to. Again, I was very overwhelmed, so I started to look online to do my own research. I came across Sei-Hee Arii’s page. I read her profile and reviews, and I was impressed. My case was tricky, and I was apprehensive about calling, thinking I may run into the same type of lawyer. Boy was I wrong! When I got the nerve to call, she was actually in the office and I was immediately transferred to her. Sei-Hee asked me to explain my case, and I did. I was soo upset about what happened, I couldn’t even explain my whole story without crying. She had a way of calming my nerves over the phone and ask me to come in to consult with her. I did. She fought for me and my legal rights. We was in and out of court for almost a year, or very close to a year. That’s how long it took and how hard she fought. Even outside the courtrooms, she never stopped working. She was always consistent with following up my case. Thanks to her determination and because she is a very good lawyer, my charges was reduced! No DUI/DWI record! Like I said before, the stacks where high against me. My livelihood was in jeopardy. If those charges stuck, I would have been in a very bad place.
