I chose Sei-Hee Arii as my lawyer and am so glad I did. I went through an unfortunate set of events and had no idea what to do or where to go. She was the only one that made me feel better, safe, secure, and comfortable throughout the whole process, especially with this being a first and only time event for me. She is very knowledgeable with the process, people, judges, and court systems to get the best results and has done so for me. She was successful in [obtaining] a nolle prosequi (dismissal) of my DUI/DWI charges. I paid a $140 negligent driving ticket, a 1 point violation that will remain on my driving record for only 2 years. After court, after advising me of my expungement rights, I decided to file for [expungement] immediately by executing a General Waiver and Release. Sei-Hee was referred to me by another lawyer and mutual friend and after my experience with her work I have referred her to several other potential clients. She is generous with her time, thorough and a creative problem solver. When it was clear that there was a possibility to settle our case out of court we proceeded to arbitration. When the arbitration was unsuccessful she taught us how to proceed to take over a large part of the work ourselves in order to save money and report back to her for advice on how to resolve the dispute in court until she was needed again at the end. I received a DUI and reached out to two DUI [attorneys]. Attorney #1 simply told me to take the ticket to the DMV, get your restrictive license and contact a breathalyzer company to get one installed, in your vehicle.
