I had a dui conviction in another state 11 months ago. My hearing papers were mailed to my old address. My license was suspended. Ari was able to get my license reinstated until my hearing as well as get me a new hearing date. This saved my job. In the end I was given a restricted license. She is one of the best and will fight for you, and 95% of the time gets the most lenient disposition. She was worth every penny. I strongly would prefer as the lawyer to see and retain. Thanks again!

She was successful in [obtaining] a nolle prosequi (dismissal) of my DUI/DWI charges. I paid a $140 negligent driving ticket, a 1 point violation that will remain on my driving record for only 2 years. After court, after advising me of my expungement rights, I decided to file for [expungement] immediately by executing a General Waiver and Release. As a professional courtesy and without charge, she assisted me in filing the expungement paperwork. Ms. Arii is a great people person! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and has your best interest at heart. Top notch. Very insightful. Extremely thorough. Upfront and honest. Understands modern surveillance technology extremely well. Helped me in a case where Private Investigator’s video evidence was screaming against me. There was no way out. And then Sei-Hee came in. She dug into the video, frame by frame, gathered other evidence where other party was lying and proved my innocence. Definitely the person to have in your corner. And I forgot to mention: very affordable.
