C. Sei-Hee Arii took a chance taking my case the weekend before my court date. Not only did she treat my case like she had months to prepare, she was also very graceful as she spoke with the states attorney. She courteously explained everything that was happening very promptly so I was completely sure of any decisions I would have to make. All in all I was more than please with the great care Ms. Arii took of me and my case. I would recommend her 11 out of 10 times!

I had DUI & DWI charges against me, but I was innocent. Sei-Hee is someone who always believed in my innocence. She spent as much time as I wanted, answering all my questions, explaining her exact defense strategy, and coaching me for trial. Additionally, she spent hours studying my case, honing her strategy, and attempting to convince the prosecutors that I was in fact really innocent. In the end, Sei-Hee was able to spin her magic and got the prosecution to essentially drop all charges. I would highly recommend Sei-Hee because she will a) believe in you b) be dedicated to getting you the best outcome c) be extremely patient and d) apply her magnificent knowledge and talent to the case.

I was faced with a legal situation (DUI) this summer and immediately turned to Google. After many searches for the Montgomery County area, Sei-Hee’s name kept popping up. I called her and after our initial phone conversation, I knew that she was the lawyer I wanted to hire. She made the process smooth and made sure that I understood all of my responsibility on my end. It was important to me to know what all I could be doing towards my case as far as which classes to take and how to proceed with my 90 day driving suspension. When I met her in the courtroom that morning I was immediately eased with her knowledge of the proceedings. I personally had a favorable outcome that was not anticipated. Sei-Hee is extremely competent and is willing to work with you. I had a DUI charge and she was very thorough about advising me about the different dynamics in court that may impact how I should plead (eg. how the judge typically rules in similar cases, presence of certain witnesses etc). I received a DUI and reached out to two DUI [attorneys]. Attorney #1 simply told me to take the ticket to the DMV, get your restrictive license and contact a breathalyzer company to get one installed, in your vehicle. So, by the time we get to court we will be ahead of the game. Then I reach out to Arii Law Firm (Sei-Hee Arii), She asked me about the event leading up to the DUI Tickets. She simply said “Don’t worry about it, I will do my best to win your case”, so I hired her. We went to DMV court and the outcome was a dismissal, no breathalyzer on the vehicle.
