I have been represented by sei hee twice now, and both times she has succeeded in getting favorable results, even to the point of dismissal. I contacted her office whenever I needed her assistance and they were very helpful if she was busy or on vacation, so I would just text her and she would respond and tell me exactly what to do and answers all of my questions promptly. Both times, I did not have to worry about anything leading up to the cases, I would simply just show up and let her do the work which she always does in a very professional manner, and knows exactly what to say in every scenario or questioning being given. I really recommend sei hee because she is just very knowledgeable and kind hearted down to talking with you or the judge and just knows exactly how everything will be played out even before it happens. I had a dui conviction in another state 11 months ago. My hearing papers were mailed to my old address. My license was suspended. Ari was able to get my license reinstated until my hearing as well as get me a new hearing date. This saved my job. In the end I was given a restricted license. She is one of the best and will fight for you, and 95% of the time gets the most lenient disposition. She was worth every penny. I strongly would prefer as the lawyer to see and retain. It was the day before thanksgiving and I was on my way home from a friend’s high school reunion and I get pulled over and blow a 0.18, well above the legal limit. Shortly after being released I found Ms. Arii through some online researching. She was very understanding and helped ease my anxiety. Her pricing was also not astronomical as other firms were trying to charge me. Luckily I recorded my altercation on my phone and Ms. Arii did a thorough job in comparing my recording to what the police officer wrote on his report and developed a defense, even if it was a weak one. I felt she was doing everything she could for me to beat this. Long story short, I received the least severe charge, got a PBJ (this did not go on my record as having received a DUI) and 6 months probation.

Sei-Hee was referred to me by another lawyer and mutual friend and after my experience with her work I have referred her to several other potential clients. She is generous with her time, thorough and a creative problem solver. When it was clear that there was a possibility to settle our case out of court we proceeded to arbitration. When the arbitration was unsuccessful she taught us how to proceed to take over a large part of the work ourselves in order to save money and report back to her for advice on how to resolve the dispute in court until she was needed again at the end. I am in the process now of filling out the forms she sent me to update my mother’s will, create trusts and do end of life planning. Sei-Hee has a complete package of pre-visit information sheets that once filled out allow us to gather all the information in one place and help her give us the best advice possible.
