She was very professional and had a good demeanor during the entire process. She is in good standing with the public servants and courtroom professionals. I’m glad I used her and was pleased with the outcome of my case. I would certainly use her again if needed.

I was referred to Attorney Arii by a co-worker of mine. He informed me of her great work and I was able to experience it myself. I was charged with a DUI and several related offenses, after speaking with C.Sei-Hee Arii–I knew within 20 seconds she was the best of the best. When the arbitration was unsuccessful she taught us how to proceed to take over a large part of the work ourselves in order to save money and report back to her for advice on how to resolve the dispute in court until she was needed again at the end. I am in the process now of filling out the forms she sent me to update my mother’s will, create trusts and do end of life planning. Sei-Hee has a complete package of pre-visit information sheets that once filled out allow us to gather all the information in one place and help her give us the best advice possible.

When I was arrested for marijuana possession this past April in Washington, DC (on a weekend visit from out-of-state) I was worried about my future; I didn’t know what this could mean for my career or even my freedom because of Washington’s strict marijuana laws, but after hiring Ms. Arii my fears immediately subsided. She was very attentive and assured me that she would do all she could to make sure my case would be handled well. I was facing a max of 6 months in prison for my offense. I was very pleased with Ms. Arii’s work after she cut a deal with the prosecutor which not only had me avoiding jail time AND probation (I was only given community service, which I was able to serve in my home state), but I was also able to avoid attending my final court appearance since I was out-of-state. In all my dealings with Ms. Arii she was informative, organized, and cared about my case as if she were the one facing the prison sentence. On top of all that, her fee was very reasonable and much less than I initially feared my lawyer fees would cost.

It was the day before thanksgiving and I was on my way home from a friend’s high school reunion and I get pulled over and blow a 0.18, well above the legal limit. Shortly after being released I found Ms. Arii through some online researching. She was very understanding and helped ease my anxiety. Her pricing was also not astronomical as other firms were trying to charge me. Luckily I recorded my altercation on my phone and Ms. Arii did a thorough job in comparing my recording to what the police officer wrote on his report and developed a defense, even if it was a weak one. I felt she was doing everything she could for me to beat this. Long story short, I received the least severe charge, got a PBJ (this did not go on my record as having received a DUI) and 6 months probation.
