I was faced with a legal situation (DUI) this summer and immediately turned to Google. After many searches for the Montgomery County area, Sei-Hee’s name kept popping up. I called her and after our initial phone conversation, I knew that she was the lawyer I wanted to hire. She made the process smooth and made sure that I understood all of my responsibility on my end. It was important to me to know what all I could be doing towards my case as far as which classes to take and how to proceed with my 90 day driving suspension. When it came time for my court date, she eased my nerves talking me through the process and what to expect. When I met her in the courtroom that morning I was immediately eased with her knowledge of the proceedings. I personally had a favorable outcome that was not anticipated. Sei-Hee did a fantastic job in preparing me for all outcomes because you truly don’t know what to expect prior to the courtroom. Regardless of what outcome I would have received that day, Sei-Hee was by my side and made me understand everything. I highly recommend her based on her skill, knowledge, and personal skills.

Facing a judge after blowing a .019 and reckless driving isn’t the easiest, but with Sei-Hee Arii by my side I was confident. She fought to get me the best outcome possible, which for me was a PBJ, 8 hrs of community service & to attend a [MADD] class. C. Sei-Hee Arii got my DUI, DWI, and paraphernalia charges reduced to only one DWI charge. When it became clear that the judge would probably find me guilty on this charge, she was able to get me a PBJ. This meant that I would be put on probation for a year, and if I adhered to all of my probationary demands than the DWI would be expunged from my record. I am glad to be DWI free now, and am very thankful for everything that C. Sei-Hee Arri was able to do for me. I could not have made a better decision.

I had DUI & DWI charges against me, but I was innocent. Sei-Hee is someone who always believed in my innocence. She spent as much time as I wanted, answering all my questions, explaining her exact defense strategy, and coaching me for trial. Sei-Hee Arii took care of things right from the start. I didn’t have to worry much about anything as she answered my paranoid questions quickly and efficiently. Told me what’s at sake and what my options are so I could make an informed decision. She was able to work her magic and reduce my DUI to a DWI which is the lesser of the two. I was facing a year in jail, but she was able to make the state prosecutor case look very weak, and was able to convince the judge there was no merit to her argument. I had a dui conviction in another state 11 months ago. My hearing papers were mailed to my old address. My license was suspended. Ari was able to get my license reinstated until my hearing as well as get me a new hearing date. This saved my job. In the end I was given a restricted license. She is one of the best and will fight for you, and 95% of the time gets the most lenient disposition. She was worth every penny. I strongly would prefer as the lawyer to see and retain.
