I am beyond blessed to have found Sei-Hee online. This has been the best couple thousand I’ve ever spent. A great investment in my future as well and totally worth it. She was thorough, and explained in detail the complexities of my case. Through her council and expertise, she was able to get all of my DUI/DWI charges dropped. She is worth every single penny and I would highly recommend her. If you are still searching, don’t second guess it. She’s the real deal. Highly professional and very responsive as well. Court is a very unpleasant experience but I was truly pleased with her commitment and the resolution to my case.

First time DUI in Maryland, had no idea what to expect. I called Sei-Hee the next morning and she was immediately kind, understanding, and knowledgeable about the entire process – something I really needed after the traumatic arrest night. I was charged [redacted] for representation in the criminal case. I’m not sure how this compares to other lawyers as she’s the first one I’ve used. There’s payment plans if needed. The MVA case is separate and she prepares you well for you to do it on your own – it’s fairly straightforward and I had no issues getting a restricted license. There’s an extra charge for her to be there during the MVA case if you feel you need it. I was well over the legal limit, but Sei-Hee negotiated my DUI down to a DWI. I also got a PBJ by following her instructions on what to do before court. It was also clear she was the most knowledgeable/experienced attorney in the court room. I would definitely recommend her to my friends/family or, god forbid, hire her again for myself if needed.

Ms. Sei-Hee Arii was personable and took care to learn about my situation. She was helpful from the initial consultation all the way to the end of the case. She made me aware of the worst case scenarios as well as best case scenarios. She helped me to be prepared for my court date and let me know what I needed to do to achieve a favorable verdict. Fortunately, with a little patience we were able to score the most desirable outcome. Overall, she is well informed in the law and also with the court system (judges, prosecutors etc) in Maryland which proved be beneficial in my case. She was also helpful after the court date in making sure that I was able to follow through on getting certain charges stricken from my record. I would strongly recommend giving her a call!

Miss Arii was very helpful with my court case, saving me astronomical amounts of money. She knew how to handle the situation with proficiency and great professionalism. The only 4 star is only because I had to ask what was happening with the case once and the only reason I wasn’t immediately informed was because she hadn’t received discovery of the case yet. Sei-Hee is extremely competent and is willing to work with you. I had a DUI charge and she was very thorough about advising me about the different dynamics in court that may impact how I should plead (eg. how the judge typically rules in similar cases, presence of certain witnesses etc). I had DUI & DWI charges against me, but I was innocent. Sei-Hee is someone who always believed in my innocence. She spent as much time as I wanted, answering all my questions, explaining her exact defense strategy, and coaching me for trial. Additionally, she spent hours studying my case, honing her strategy, and attempting to convince the prosecutors that I was in fact really innocent.
